Dr Gill is an NHS Consultant, with a medico-legal practice.

Reports

Dr Gill regulalry receives instructions to report on cases regarding:

personal injury (claimant, defendant and joint)
occupational matters, including Employment Tribunal
Disability Discrimination Act

work
housing

criminal cases, including fitness to plead
Mental Health Act
capacity
parental assessments
clinical negligence (claimant and defendant)

He tries to make his reports clearly argued and set out. An anonymised specimen report and CV are available on request.

Terms £300 per hour, inclusive, for patients seen in Harley St.. Terms for other locations by arrangement. Invoices are payable on receipt. VAT is chargeable on most medicolegal reports as from 1/5/07.
