Dr Gill regulalry receives instructions to report on cases regarding:
  • personal injury (claimant, defendant and joint)
  • occupational matters, including Employment Tribunal
  • Disability Discrimination Act
    • work
    • housing
  • criminal cases, including fitness to plead
  • Mental Health Act
  • parental assessments
  • income protection insurance
  • clinical negligence (claimant and defendant)

Terms £200 per hour, inclusive, for patients seen in Harley St.. Terms for other locations and home/ hospital/ prison visits by arrangement. Travelling time not charged. Invoices are payable on receipt. VAT is chargeable on most medicolegal reports as from 1/5/07.

Timescale Appointments can usually be offered within 4 weeks of formal instruction, reports with a further 2 weeks.
